Thermoil Granodine 112 (or Parco Lubrite 5) can be run at a
lower temperature range if Accelerator 131 is used in the bath
operation. Thermoil Granodine 112 is formulated to produce
non-metallic, oil-absorptive coatings on iron and steel bearing
surfaces. These corrosion-resistant coatings consist chiefly of
iron and manganese phosphates, and reduce wear on such
articles as pistons, rings, liners, camshafts, tappets, motor
blocks and similar bearing surfaces.

Parkerizing 200 chemicals are formulated for the conversion of
iron and steel surfaces to nonmetallic, zinc phosphate coatings
which are highly resistant to corrosion. The coatings have good
adhesion, are of an absorptive nature, and provide substantial
protection from rust by bonding the final finish of stain, oil, wax,
or paint to the articles treated. The Parkerizing treatment
produces a uniform coating on all surfaces which the solution
can reach, and is especially suitable for rust-proofing threaded
pieces and articles with small holes or recesses.

Parcolene 99 post treatment chemical is a patented, chromium
free post treatment especially formulated for use over
conversion coatings. The post treatment is free of volatile
organic components and increases the corrosion resistance of
painted metal surfaces.
Parcolene 99 is a reactive, resin based post treatment
chemical, containing no heavy metals. Its corrosion resistance
performance is equal to that of chromium containing post
treatments. The treatment solution may be applied by spray
application or by immersion application under ambient
conditions and is followed by a deionised water rinse.

PARCOLENE 80A post treatment chemical is especially
formulated for use over iron phosphate and zinc phosphate
conversion coatings. The post treatment increases the
corrosion resistance of painted metal surfaces.
PARCOLENE 80A chemical is an environmentally acceptable
post treatment chemical whose corrosion resistance
performance is equal to that of chromium containing post
treatments. The treatment solution may be applied by spray
application or by immersion application and should be followed
by a deionised water rinse.

P3-Suncorite Aqua 100RFU Black is a water based coating
of exceptional corrosion protection. When applied at 50-70
microns over zinc phosphate pretreated metal or over shot
blasted steel substrates, corrosion protection in excess of
1000 hours ASTM B117 will be achieved.

GRANODINE 606 is a low temperature process which
simultaneously degreases and produces a lightweight
phosphate coating on steel, aluminium and zinc surfaces. It is
applied in a conveyorised two, three or four stage washing
plant.

Granodine 20 is a concentrated liquid chemical, which when
diluted with water, forms adherent zinc phosphate coatings on
steel and zinc surfaces immersed in the bath.
The coatings produced are very fine, tight and hard, giving
excellent adhesion; humidity and corrosion resistance to
subsequent paint coatings.

D-OX 560 is a non-chromated liquid desmutter and deoxidiser
especially recommended for use in areas where chromated
materials cannot be used because of sewage disposal
limitations.

DEOXIDINE * 624 is a phosphoric acid and solvent type metal
cleaner and conditioner designed for manual application, which
removes rust, destroys rusting agents and leaves the metal
surface chemically clean and ready for painting.

COLORMAX 9000L is a new generation electrolytic colour bath,
liquid concentrate. COLORMAX 9000L, with its unique and
high quality ingredients, provides excellent throwing power and
optimum colour uniformity. COLORMAX 9000L provides rich,
deep colors, in shorter time than normally obtained from
conventional coloring baths. COLORMAX 9000L is designed to
be used with stainless steel or graphite counter electrode
systems. Aluminum is first anodized in a controlled sulphuric
acid electrolyte, under proper conditions. Consequently the
anodized aluminum is treated in a COLORMAX 9000L bath
using an AC power source to achieve a wide spectrum of
colours ranging from champagne to black in minimum coloring
time.

Carbolene is a two-phase solvent product. The lower active
phase contains a powerful solvent activated with special
additives to promote rapid removal of carbon deposits and
paint films. The upper aqueous phase contains corrosion
inhibitors and also prevents evaporation and loss of efficiency
of the solvent phase.

BONDERITE NT-1 is a regulated heavy metal and, phosphate-
free reactive conversation coating especially formulated for use
in the treatment of steel, zinc and aluminium surfaces. The pre-
treatment is free of all organic components and increases the
corrosion resistance of painted surfaces.
In most cases, its corrosion resistance performance will be
equal to an iron phosphate/polymer seal. The pre-treatment
solution may be applied by spray or immersion applications
under ambient conditions and is followed by a deionized or
reverse osmosis water rinse. The BONDERITE NT-1 pre-
treatment is compatible with all types of paint applications.

ANOBRITE 139 is a liquid aluminium brightener. It consists of
a blend of mineral acids and other minor ingredients, the
proportions of which have been optimised so that ANOBRITE
139 can be used on a wide variety of aluminium alloys (except
high silicon content die-casting alloys), to obtain very
satisfactory results.
ANOBRITE 139 has excellent brightening and smoothing
properties. It can be used on super-purity and commercial
aluminium which has not been mechanically polished. It
removes heavy scratches and other imperfections from the
metal.

Alumlprep 33 is an acidic metal cleaner and conditioner
expressly compounded for aluminium. Prepares aluminium and
its alloys for painting or welding. Alumlprep 33 removes light
deposits of oil and grease, mill markings and corrosion
products, as well as natural oxide.
Neutralises corrosion inducing materials such as welding or
brazing fluxes and perspiration residues.
Effectively removes corrosion products or stains, resulting from
weathering, leaves the aluminium surface receptive for
additional protection afforded by Alodine 1OOOL or 1200L or
clear lacquers or waxes. Maximum protection of aluminium is
afforded through the use of Alumlprep 33 (to clean and
brighten), treatment with Alodlne No.1000L or 1200L (for
corrosion resistance) and the application of clear lacquer or
wax.

ALODINE 5992 is a product, trivalent chromium based, capable
of producing a trivalent chrome conversion layer on aluminium
and its alloys. According to the application and to the treated
materials, the colour of the conversion layer changes from
colourless to light green.
The conversion layer is designed to improve paint adhesion
and to increase anticorrosive protection. In the case of bare
metal finishing it provides high corrosion protection and a low
electrical contact resistance.

Alodine 5200 treatment is a chromium free product and
specifically formulated for treating aluminium and its alloys.
Spray or immersion application may be used. The process
provides an excellent base for organic finishes.

ALODINE 1200S is a powder chemical, used for producing
paint bonding, corrosion resisting coatings on aluminium and its
alloys by either spray or dip processing.

Alodine• 1OOOL & 1200L are liquid chemicals, designed to
produce protective and paint bonding coatings on aluminium
and aluminium alloys.
Alodine 1OOOL produces colourless coatings and is used for
sign writing or the application of clear finishes. For other
applications, Alodine 1200L, which produces golden to tan
coatings, should be used. Alodine 1OOOL & 1200L are made
specifically for manual application. Other versions of Alodine
1200 are available for application by immersion or recirculation
spray.
These coatings conform to U.S.A. Military Specification MIL-C-
5541E. The Alodine 1000L & 1200L coatings are electrically
conductive. Fresh coatings (obtained from two minutes contact
with deoxidised surfaces) usually have a resistance of 170
micro-ohms (i.e. a conductivity of 6,000 siemens) and this
increases with age.

Touch-N-Prep Alodine 1132 no-rinse conversion coating
effectively phosphates most metals including aluminum, ferrous
and galvanized substrates. Doesnt require rinsing, and can be
air dried or force dried with hot air or an infra-red lamp. High
density acrylic tip of the Touch-N-Prep applicator can be
modified with a single edge razor blade to form any shape. The
application method controls the amount of coating applied to
the surface.

It is applied using an acid-resistant brush, a swab, a synthetic
sponge, or portable spray equipment, e.g., a paint spray gun or
insect sprayer. The brush method of application is used when:
1. The number of pieces processed per day is not large, or
2. The parts to be treated are too large to be immersed
conveniently in a tank, or
3. Touching up abraded or damaged areas on work which had
been previously coated with Alodine.

Parco Cleaner 3326G is designed to prepare ferrous articles to
receive uniform, phosphate coatings. Applied by spray, this
medium to heavy duty alkaline material is usually
recommended for difficult cleaning jobs, particularly C.K.D.

Parco Cleaner 2510 is an inhibited acid supplied in liquid form.
It is used by immersion for the removal of rust and scale from
ferrous articles. It is particularly advantageous in removing
scale-like deposits from pipes, nozzles and heating coils in

Parco Cleaner 1523 is a multi package, low temperature, liquid

Parco Cleaner 305 is a liquid alkaline cleaner designed to
prepare steel surfaces to receive uniform and dense phosphate
coatings. Applied by spray, the heavy duty alkaline treatment
with excellent rinsing characteristics will etch galvanised and
aluminium surfaces. When non-etching cleaning of galvanised
and aluminium is needed, other cleaners should be used.

PARCO ANTIFOAM is a liquid defoaming agent, formulated for
use in Parco Cleaner, Novaclean, Ridoline cleaner, or
Bonderite, Duridine, Novaphos clean and phosphate
pretreatment baths.
Parco Antifoam effectively reduces the level of foam on the
surface of freshly made-up baths or of baths operating at
temperatures lower than their optimum.
Parco Antifoam suppresses the foaming tendencies for longer
periods than does kerosene or other solvents and does not
decrease the effective detergent levels in the bath.

Novaclean 4009 is a high alkalinity liquid metal cleaner
containing a high level of low foaming surfactants.
Novaclean 4009 is suitable for spray and immersion cleaning
of ferrous metals prior to phosphating, and also for cleaning
and activating galvanised steel and aluminium prior to
phosphating or chromate conversion.

PARCO ADDITIVE 2866 is a liquid additive which accelerates
the performance of hot caustic paint strippers. This is
particularly valuable where stripping of racks, etc., is done on-
line and available time is short. PARCO ADDITIVE 2866 is
formulated to assist the caustic stripper in breaking the various
linkages which hold the paint film together, resulting in the
complete breakdown of the dried paint and its removal from the
substrate. PARCO ADDITIVE 2866 is ideally used with Liquid
Hotstrip alkaline paint stripper.

Hotstrip is a heavy duty caustic paint stripper and rust remover.
Hotstrip is formulated to remove paint from steel and other
caustic resistant surfaces. Hotstrip is formulated to break the
various linkages which hold the paint film together, resulting in
the complete breakdown of the dried paint and its removal from
the substrate. In rust removal applications, it is used at boiling
point. Time will depend on degree of rusting.

TURCO DESEALZIT 1 is a heavy duty viscous paint stripping
compound formulated primarily for the removal of rubberised
paints or sealants and vinyl tile adhesive residues.
TURCO DESEALZIT 1 will remove lacquers and varnishes from
